Sole Merchants ships once a week **During special sales or promotions there may be an additional processing time**

We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Sole Merchants prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Sole Merchants will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales with Sole Merchants are final. Sole Merchants is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or at one of our pop-up stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please e-mail us before committing to purchase.

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within one (1) hour of the order being placed. Cancellation requests made after one (1) hour of order placement will be declined. Email us on sales@solemerchants.co.nz
